I am certified to perform the following inspections: mobile/manufactured homes, homes, condominiums, pool/spa, commercial structures and annual tenant dwelling inspections as required by local Sacramento County and Sacramento City Code Enforcement.

 

House To Home Inspections will provide you with valuable knowledge about the home’s major components and systems by conducting a thorough visual examination and assessment to detect defects, deficiencies and hazards so you can make a more informed buying decision. Home Inspections are intended to provide you with an understanding of the home’s condition, as observed at the time of the inspection.

 

Following the completion of your Real Estate Inspection, you will be issued a detailed and comprehensive inspection report (including pictures) documenting the property’s condition, concern and maintenance items as observed at the time of the inspection – tangible documentation of all findings. An electronic version of the inspection report will be sent to you via email within 24hrs of your inspection. By request, a hard-copy report can be sent to you via USPS the first business day immediately following the date of your inspection.
